SLC-2P Safety Light Curtain Controller

Applications: Suitable for heavy and large machinery such as punching machines and presses. The SLC-2P safety light curtain controller is designed for use with GAD safety light curtains. 

Its all-metal housing offers excellent vibration resistance and can be safely mounted directly on the machine tool or outside the machine tool's electrical cabinet. The controller utilizes advanced 

dual CPU monitoring technology, providing mutual monitoring and effectively ensuring system safety. For high safety, the controller utilizes two interlocking relays for shared output,

 ensuring reliable system safety even if a relay fails. This device offers strong load-carrying capacity and dual-channel passive relay contact outputs. It can directly connect to high-power loads. 

It also features a self-test function that monitors the signal processing circuitry and relay contacts, locking the output status to "fault" until the fault is resolved. A dual-lock design prevents 

safety hazards caused by misoperation or lock switch failure. When connected to a GAD safety light curtain, it can constantly monitor the operating status of the light curtain, creating a safer 

protection system. The red, yellow, and green indicator lights allow users to accurately, intuitively, and quickly detect possible equipment faults.
