Electrical and Communication
The Rosemount 2088 supports HART digital communication, with HART Revision 5 as default and HART Revision 7 available by configuration. It can be configured using a HART-based tool or optional local operator interface.
External power supply is required. For 4-20 mA HART output, the transmitter operates on 10.5 to 42.4 Vdc with no load. Low Power output operates from 5.8 to 28 Vdc.
Material and Installation Options
Available wetted materials include 316L stainless steel and Alloy C-276. Process connection options include 1/2-14 NPT female, DIN 16288 G1/2 male, M20 x 1.5 male and RC 1/2 female depending on configuration.
The compact in-line design allows direct process connection. Optional LCD display, local operator interface, mounting brackets, manifold assembly, transient protection and calibration certificates are also available.
